This study was evaluated patients who were reconstructed with the various implant systems in pneumatization of Mx sinus which is below 8mm length between the Mx sinus floor and upper alveolar crest. This study involved patients to be treated from

1992 to December 1994. 24 persons, 44cases and 111 implants. We divided into two groups. First group is post-occlusal rehabilitative state after Mx sinus lifting and pre-occlusal rehabilitative state, second group.
@ES The results were as follows:
@EN 1. In first group, post-occlusal rehabilitative state, success rate is 98.6%(mean follows up months : 11.5 months)
2. The most widely used fixture type in this study is HA coating type, 4mm diameter, 15mm length
3. In 44 cases 111 fixtures. Immediate implantation is 40 cases with 100 fixtures but there is delayed implatation with Mx sinus lifting in 4cases, 11 fixtures of total 44cases
4. In one failure case, there is absolute deficiency of alveolar one in pure titanium type with immediate implantation
5. Mean three fixtures were placed in Mx sinus lifting
